Woolly pully
Bit of a retro feel to this early autumn outfit. Chunky knits are big this year, literally, with a home made feel to them, long ribbed double cuffs, slightly sloppy. Always fond of a bit of upcycling and for a true retro feel, look for charity shop finds and swap out the buttons on cardis. I love this little flower print frock with the caramel cardigan.
I took my shades from this pile of wool skeins, a neutral buttery pastels palette. Talking of butter I love their nail polish, its free from all sorts so kind to nails, this one is Shop Girl from their London Shine range, a perfect neutral. Another reason to love it is the name makes me think of working in retail in the 70s and this outfit has that whole 70s thing going on.
I always find the transition from summer sandals to winter shoes and boots difficult so suede is my friend, much more forgiving than leather. Love these little ankle boots in pink suede from Boden with back zip detail.
Finally, a nod to autumn with these cute acorn earings from Rhondas Treasures on Etsy.
