Unique handcrafted vintage plate two tier cake stand

Perfect for a tea for two 

The lower tier is a Staffordshire Potteries Tea Plate, with a Staffordshire Knot mark. A Japanese Imari style pattern popular in the early 20th century, the design is transfer printed then glazed, its age is apparent in the wear of the pattern which only adds to it’s age and charm. Imagine what tables this plate has been at!

The top tier, a later piece, a Winterling Kirchenlomitz early mid century plate, with its colourful detailed flowers in the centre is a perfect mismatch to complement the Imari pattern.
