Let it Snow

A winter wedding is a magical time for capturing them magic. Snow cannot be guaranteed unless you live in a winter wonderland, or, you choose a destination wedding where it is guaranteed. Howeve, you can capture the magic with the timing. Get married later in the day when the dark allows you to light up your venue and ceremony with candlelight and fairy lights, choose seasonal greenery to decorate and feel free to use fake snow on set pieces. Rich linens and silver flatware, layers of creams, pearls, a cake with textural icing, feather or faux fur, vintage, sparkle with crystal glasses, fizz and diamante. For one event I sprayed a collection of large tree branches with white paint set in concrete in tubs  decorated with fairy lights and salt dough decorations painted white silver and gold and hung with chandelier drops picked up from a Brocanter market.
