Breakfast at the Casa
Who says you can’t have salad for breakfast? Still hanging on to my late summer vibe, despite the fog hanging over Girona and the valley this morning!
Two slices of nicely toasted bread from a small loaf, two slices of roast ham, two hardboiled and sliced eggs, two mini plum tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce with a squiggle of squirty mayo. Served on my retro plate. My take on the BLT, yes it’s a HELT! All washed down with a nice Earl Grey sans milk or lemon, like mine unadulterated, in my porcelain cat mug. Ready to take on the day now and the sun has burnt off the fog so things are definitely looking up.
